easy access to parks and metro for charming city strolls

I loved how close we were to Greenbelt National Park, just a short walk away, making my weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable among nature, and the Greenbelt Metro station was conveniently nearby for quick trips to explore the city and its attractions after enjoying the peaceful and clean accommodations.

The hotel had great amenities and friendly staff, and I loved the comfortable room size. However, I experienced some issues with cleanliness and check-in staff who were not very accommodating. It was a mixed experience overall.

I had a great experience during my 3-night stay. My room was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff, especially a lovely lady named Cheryl, provided exceptional service with her warmth and professionalism. I also enjoyed the peaceful courtyard, which was a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. However, I wish there were more breakfast options available during my stay.

I couldn’t get enough of the warm, inviting atmosphere, especially lounging by the indoor fire pit. The king room was beautifully decorated and so spacious Plus, having Starbucks coffee on-site was the cherry on top for my mornings!

I had a very pleasant stay during my recent business trip. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, bringing a microwave to my room within 30 minutes of request. My room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors noted. The free internet was adequate for emails, and I appreciated the option to skip daily room service while earning reward points. The pool area provided a nice relaxation spot after work, and the breakfast menu offered tasty options.

Pillows were too soft for my preference.

Absolutely loved our stay! Impeccably clean rooms and perfect parking made it feel like a mini-vacay. The pool and hot tub were a delightful bonus! Quite possibly our new favorite getaway spot!

The only downside? The elevators could put a snail to shame—are they powered by a hamster? Also, the smoke smell was a bit of a surprise for a 'non-smoking' hotel!

Not suitable for allergy sufferers

The communication issues with the staff were really bad, especially since they didn't let us know about the reduced cleaning service on a holiday. And that heavy perfume spray they use? It'll have you gasping for air.

It definitely wasn't inexpensive but still tolerable.
